An Anti-Bullying Squad was formed at Gulshan Primary Campus. It comprised of two students from each class from Classes 3-6. Their duty was to ensure that bullying was completely wiped out from the school from all levels. The Anti-Bullying Squad members handled or reported any case of bullying they observed or came across in the school. The step proved to be very beneficial as the graph of bullying related events dramatically dropped down in a span of two months.
This action proved, beyond doubt, that student involvement leading to student empowerment could not only produce leaders of tomorrow but also serve as a a very useful measure to control and successfully wipe out many negative aspects of school life or students behavior.
